maps' catalogue

introduction

The maps' catalogue organises maps by catalogue number. The maps are listed in that order below. The actual map page contains a link to the relevant text description of the site. Please note that this also contains the rating and status of the site, and that its appearance in the maps' catalogue should not be taken as definitive proof of the site's existence.

This is going to be a time consuming process, so please be patient. Refer back at intervals, or check the what's new page for updates. I am beginning with my own home parish of North Walsham, and working outwards from there.

A full explanation of the standardised phrases used in the Parish Catalogue is included on the key to catalogues page.

If you find I have not included a find or site in your parish in that parish's entry, please contact me with details together with publicly available sources.
